Mentor Me Collective is a Technical Institute engineering a pipeline to hire the one million leaders of the future—bridging specialized learning with real-world professional mastery and the Grow With Google Program is one of two programs I manage. We exist to provide a high-velocity residency that transforms ambitious candidates into indispensable hires through Google-grade rigor and UN SDG project builds.
I managed the delivery of a large-scale learning and development program serving 1,000+ scholars annually. Oversaw program operations, learner engagement, mentorship coordination, stakeholder management, and performance reporting. Implemented data-driven support strategies that improved scholar participation, strengthened community engagement, and contributed to successful certification and career readiness outcomes.

The Goal:
Led the successful delivery and growth of the Grow with Google scholarship and career development program, providing access to industry-recognized certifications, mentorship, career coaching, and professional networking opportunities for over 1,000 scholars annually. The primary objective was to increase certification completion rates, improve learner engagement, and support participants in achieving career advancement and workforce readiness outcomes.

The Challenge:
Managing a large-scale learning community presented several operational and engagement challenges: Maintaining learner motivation and reducing drop-off rates throughout the program lifecycle. Coordinating multiple stakeholders, including mentors, facilitators, career coaches, and community partners. Delivering a consistent and high-quality experience across diverse learning tracks and participant backgrounds. Tracking scholar progress and identifying at-risk participants early enough for intervention. Managing communication and support for a geographically distributed cohort of over 1,000 participants annually. Measuring program impact through completion rates, engagement metrics, and career outcomes.
