We exist to provide a high-velocity residency that transforms ambitious candidates into indispensable hires through Google-grade rigor and UN SDG project builds.
Managed the delivery of a large-scale cloud career acceleration program serving 1,000+ scholars annually. Oversaw program operations, learner engagement, mentorship coordination, certification readiness initiatives, stakeholder management, and performance reporting. The Goal:
Led the delivery and operational management of the Google Cloud Career Launchpad, a 12-week workforce development program designed to help aspiring cloud professionals gain job-ready skills in cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud engineering, and AI. The program provided structured learning, hands-on cloud labs, mentorship, certification preparation, and career development support to 1,000+ scholars annually, with the goal of increasing cloud talent readiness and improving access to high-growth technology careers.

The Challenge:
Managing a large-scale cloud upskilling program required balancing technical learning, learner engagement, and stakeholder coordination. Supporting learners across multiple cloud pathways with varying technical complexity, from beginner-level Cloud Foundations to advanced Cloud Engineering and Cybersecurity tracks. Keeping scholars engaged throughout a rigorous 12-week learning journey that included self-paced coursework, hands-on labs, projects, and certification preparation. Coordinating mentors, facilitators, study groups, and career support resources to ensure a consistent learner experience. Monitoring learner progress across cloud labs, certification pathways, and cohort activities while identifying at-risk participants early. Managing certification readiness and helping scholars navigate exam preparation, voucher eligibility, and technical learning requirements. Measuring program impact through engagement, skill acquisition, certification preparation, and career advancement outcomes.
